Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using 214's website or any of its services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Account registration or use of our services by minors is strictly prohibited. All information provided by users must be accurate and truthful, and must be available for verification upon request.
Account Registration, Security & Account Policy
When creating an account on 214, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate personal details. Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you share your login details with a third party or suspect any unauthorised activity, you must notify us immediately. Accounts may be suspended or closed in the following cases:
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Fraudulent activity against the platform.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Direction from a court or regulatory authority.
Even after account closure, you may contact us to withdraw any valid balance, though this may be on hold during an ongoing investigation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must comply with the following when using 214's services:
- You must only use your own account and are prohibited from placing bets on behalf of or for any third party.
- Hacking any system on the platform, using bots, or gaining an unfair advantage through automated software is strictly prohibited.
- No harmful activity may be carried out against 214's servers or network.
- The platform must not be used to harass or harm other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
If any suspicious activity is detected, 214 reserves the right to investigate the account, place transactions on hold, and share information with law enforcement if necessary.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on 214 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all transactions:
- Deposits: Deposits must be made from a valid mobile banking account registered in your name. Deposits made under a third party's name are not accepted.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed after account verification is complete. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Bonuses & Promotions: Separate terms apply to each bonus offer and will be stated on the relevant page.
- Fraudulent transactions: 214 reserves the right to cancel any transaction and suspend the associated account if fraud is suspected.

214 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. 214 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server disruptions, or third-party system failures. 214 is not responsible for users' personal decisions or the outcomes of any bets placed.
Intellectual Property
214's logo, brand name, website design, content, and software are fully protected under 214's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or reusing any of these without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
214 is not responsible for the content or activities of any third-party links or connections found on the platform. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
214 reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If no resolution is reached, the appropriate courts of Bangladesh shall serve as the final authority.
